I was up late last night and my eye was twitching like crazy. I was wondering why and I remembered that when your eye twitches it means you need more potassium in your diet. I can't remember the whole science behind it, but I knew bananas had a good bit of potassium in them. I had already eaten one that day and I barely had any room for another, but my body kept urging me to eat another anyway. Well, needless to say, I wound up playing with my food instead of eating it. I ate about two thirds of it before I had to stop. Please excuse my messy bedroom, like I said, it was late and I was about to go to bed.
